• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your moving service, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Insurance

We recommend that you consider purchasing moving insurance to protect your belongings during the move. While we take precautions to handle your items with care, we are not responsible for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demenagement Plus, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property
